In order to achieve our stated goals, A.G. Miller Co., Inc. will continuously work towards meeting and exceeding customer requirements in both product quality and timely delivery. To achieve these goals AGM will develop and maintain a QMS that is registered to ISO 9001:2015
Scope of Activities: The design and manufacture of sheet metal fabricated products for the food, medical, computer, electronic, OEM, construction, and defense industries.

ISOQAR Certificate of Registration
The Quality Management System of A.G. Miller Co., Inc, has been certified by ISOQAR. This means that our standards have been measured against international standards of quality. The effectiveness of our management system has been verified by a third party and meets the requirements of ISO 9001 International Standard.
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognized quality management standard used to improve business practices. It manages business activities to ensure customer satisfaction. Our staff has had its roles and responsibilities defined by the Quality Management System, and we are committed to meeting the expectations of our customers. Any needed business improvements have been made, and our customers receive their services timely and consistently. Being certified to ISO 9001 means that we have an efficient Quality Management System that measures up to high international standards of business management and customer service.
We have met the requirements of ISO 9001, which include establishing quality objectives and communicating them throughout the company, and creating quality policies and procedures and ensuring that they are being followed. An external audit and subsequent surveillance visits were done by ISOQAR to ensure that the system works and is abided by.
